iCruiseApp reserves the right to disable or remove accounts that violate these responsibilities without notice.
Booking Guidelines
Reservation Accuracy: Users must carefully review booking details, including dates, destinations, and passenger information, before confirming reservations. This responsibility aligns with payment obligations, which include ensuring accurate payment details and adhering to specified deadlines to avoid cancellation. Errors must be reported to iCruiseApp within 24 hours for correction. Last-minute or hot deals may require faster corrections or may be non-changeable.
Booking Procedures: Users can request bookings directly through the site using our "Book Upcoming Cruises" form. In certain cases, self-service booking options are available directly on the site. Groups wishing to book multiple rooms are advised to use the "Book Upcoming Cruises" form or contact customer service for assistance.
Payment Obligations: Full or partial payments must be made by specified deadlines. Failure to do so may result in cancellation. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and third-party payment platforms such as PayPal. Deposit deadlines and final payment schedules will be outlined during the booking process. In certain cases, iCruiseApp may charge service fees, for example, when booking flights. We do not charge users any commissions for cruise booking services; those are free of charge.
Booking Modifications and Cancellations: Changes to confirmed bookings may incur fees in accordance with the cruise line or third-party policies. Refund eligibility for cancellations will follow these terms and may include non-refundable fees, such as for promotional bookings, discounted fares, or last-minute deals. Individuals are responsible for adhering to third-party policies and may be subject to a loss of payment in cases of late cancellations or no-shows. iCruiseApp will make every effort to assist users in recovering costs but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Travel Documents: Users are solely responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas (if required), and vaccination records. iCruiseApp is not liable for any travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations resulting from missing or invalid travel documents.
Availability and Confirmations: Inventory availability is owned by third-party partners providing the services. While iCruiseApp cannot guarantee the accuracy of availability, we will attempt to place a hold on inventory to secure bookings on your behalf. Time restrictions may apply to holds, and users must make full or partial payments by the expiration date to retain the reservation. If payment is not made on time, the inventory may become unavailable. Once a booking is confirmed, users will see it reflected in their account and receive an email confirmation. If users do not receive the email, they should check their junk or spam folders. For any questions, users can contact customer support.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding bookings should be raised directly with iCruiseApp's customer service team. A reasonable timeframe will be provided for resolution.
