Advisor Referral Appreciation Program Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
Where iCruiseApp Travel & Tours has enabled this program, an eligible independent travel advisor can receive a one-time US$50 appreciation payment for each different approved advisor they refer. Section 7.12 of the signed Independent Contractor Agreement governs the program. This page explains it in plain English and sets its attribution rule. A possible payment isn't a promise of income, new customers or a profitable business.
Who can take part
Eligible advisors on any plan, including Starter. Nobody needs to buy, upgrade or keep a paid membership, and membership fees never affect a payment.
Which referral counts
The referral must be attributed before the Company approves the referred advisor. A referral code is valid when it is on the application the Company approves. If someone applied with more than one advisor's code, the code on the approved application is the first valid referral, and only that advisor can receive a payment. Each referred advisor can generate one payment. You can refer any number of different advisors.
When a payment is earned
All of these must be true:
- The referred advisor books a real trip for a paying client who isn't the referred advisor or a member of their household, within 12 months after approval.
- The client's travel has taken place. This can be after the 12 months.
- The Company has received the commission on that trip, with no known refund or reversal. This can also be after the 12 months.
A referral with no such booking 12 months after approval closes without a payment. Service-fee bookings, transferred bookings and cancelled trips don't qualify.
Payment
The Company verifies the trip and pays within 30 days after confirming every condition, normally in a regular payout.
If you leave
You don't need an active agreement, account or membership after making a valid referral. If you leave before the referral qualifies, it stays open on the same conditions and deadline. A payment already earned stays payable, subject to applicable law and the recovery terms below. Ending your relationship for reasons unrelated to the referral doesn't disqualify it.
Denied payments
The Company may deny a payment where documented evidence shows fraudulent attribution, self-referral, fabricated activity, a duplicate account, or material misconduct directly affecting the referral or the qualifying trip.
If the commission is reversed later
If the commission behind a paid referral is refunded, reversed or charged back, the Company first checks whether another trip by the same referred advisor qualifies. If one does, the payment stands. If none does, the Company may recover that one payment, starting within 12 months after it was paid. That limit doesn't apply to fraud or intentional misrepresentation.
You'll receive an itemized notice with the reason and supporting transaction details, without private client information. You can dispute it within 15 calendar days at agents@icruiseapp.com. Subject to applicable law, a valid recovery may be offset against future referral payments or other amounts lawfully available for offset. If none are, the Company may ask you to repay it within 30 days after the amount is established as due. Your saved membership card won't be charged for it. A good-faith dispute that isn't resolved goes through the agreement's dispute-resolution process.
What the program doesn't pay
There's no payment on anyone a referred advisor refers, no override and no downline. Advisors can't offer their own recruitment compensation.
Telling people about it
When you recommend iCruiseApp and could receive a payment, say so clearly. Don't promise anyone earnings, bookings, tax benefits or travel perks.
What you'll see
You'll see the referred advisor's name and the status of your referral, such as applied, approved, qualified or paid. You won't see the referred advisor's clients, their trips or any payment details.
Changes
The Company may change or end the program going forward by notice. That can't take away a payment already earned, except as the law requires or because of fraud, invalid attribution or a reversal of the qualifying commission. A referral submitted before a change stays under the terms that applied when it was submitted, unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise.
