Other required notices. Registration information or notices for other jurisdictions will appear here when applicable and verified. Particular travel offers, advertisements, booking contracts, and transaction emails may contain additional notices required by the law applicable to that transaction.

Independent travel advisors. Advisors working with iCruiseApp Travel & Tours conduct only activities authorized under their independent agreements, Supplier terms and applicable law. The Company's listing of a Supplier or a membership Plan does not itself authorize an advisor to conduct a regulated transaction in every jurisdiction.

Payments. Travel payments are made to the travel Supplier or to Foglight Industries LLC d/b/a iCruiseApp Travel & Tours through an approved Company payment method. Never send travel payments to an advisor's personal account.
