Directions
The meeting point is located at the Rio de Janeiro cruise port. Participants can easily reach the starting point through arranged transportation provided by the tour company.
Seasonal Restrictions
Available year-round, though rainy season may affect trail conditions.
Food/Beverages Provided
A light snack and water will be provided during the hike. Participants are encouraged to bring additional food for the beach portion.
Recommended Dress
Comfortable hiking shoes, lightweight clothing, swimwear, and sunscreen are highly recommended.
Other Restrictions
Not suitable for people with mobility issues due to the nature of the trail.
